ABOUT US
Shree Oils & Fats (I) Pvt. Ltd., a solvent extraction plant, was established by Chairman and Managing Director Shri Brij Bhushan Goel in the year 2000. It is located at Baheri, Dist. Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India. The company has grown immensely over the years under the management of the well-experienced Board of Directors. It increased its production from 80 M.T to 120 M.T. in the year 2010 and to 150 M.T. in 2018.
In 2013, CMD Shree Brij Bhushan Goel set up a new company, in a joint venture with Shree Pawan Gupta, namely Solvex Edibles Pvt. Ltd. in Bilaspur, District Rampur, Uttar Pradesh. Currently, this solvent extraction plant boasts a processing capacity of 300 M.T. a day.
Both the companies have well-equipped plants involved in manufacturing edible Rice Bran Oil and Mustard Oil. It also produces premium quality De-oiled Rice bran and De-oiled Mustard cakes.
High-quality standards are maintained from procurement of raw materials to processing and finally packing. Lab analysis of all parameters is monitored at all levels to ensure premium and trustworthy products.

CMD Shree Brji Bhushan Goel
CMD Shree Brij Bhushan Goel is highly experienced in the line of edible oils spanning over 50 years in this industry. With his dedication and hard work, he has set new business standards. He raised the business from a mere investment of 50 lacs to a ₹ 500 million group. With his efforts and foresightedness, he played a major role in elevating rice bran oil from just an ingredient in soap and detergents, to a competitor in the cooking oil sector in the early 1990s.
Ashish Goel the director of both companies, has been in this business since 1997. He is adept in the procurement of raw materials as well as the marketing of de-oiled rice bran and de-oiled mustard cakes. Always striving to learn and engage more, he continuously makes efforts to connect with industry professionals, fellow businessmen, and tradespersons.

Vishal Goel
Vishal Goel the director of both companies, has been looking after finance, marketing of edible oil, and quality control since 1997. He is proficient in finance and accounts. His expertise is well known to suppliers in and around Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.
Rohit Gupta the director of Solvex Edibles, has been looking after finance and quality control since 2015. He has good contacts in the corporate world which makes his involvement invaluable to the company. He also has experience in exporting goods like rugs and carpets, to the U.S. and Europe.

MISSION AND VISION
We aim for customer satisfaction while maintaining employee and worker well-being. We try our best to maintain quality consistency in our products and make continuous improvements. Our vision is to go far and beyond by finding new opportunities, within India and abroad, by marketing deoiled mustard and rice bran cakes in the near future.
We are now planning for vertical integration by setting up a Physical Refinery to process raw edible oil to refined cooking oil. Furthermore, we are looking to package and sell the refined oil under our own brand.
